Welcome to the shop of Jess Patnaik. By visiting my website or purchasing from my store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms help set clear expectations around my artwork, products, and how I run my small business.

1. Products and Availability

All prints and products are fulfilled through a trusted print-on-demand partner. Each item is made to order based on my original artwork, which helps reduce waste and ensures every piece is created just for you. 

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice. I do my best to ensure accurate pricing, but in the rare case of an error, I reserve the right to cancel and refund any affected orders.

3. Orders and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. In special cases, I may review a cancellation request at my discretion. I also reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there are issues such as inaccurate information or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for your convenience but can vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen factors. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order—I cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages once they’re in transit. Currently, I am only operating within the US.

5. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final.
Returns and refunds are only accepted if your item arrives damaged or does not meet quality standards. Please reach out within 14 days of delivery through the 'Contact' page with your order number and clear photos of the issue so I can review your claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and written content on this site are original creations by Jess Patnaik. They may not be reproduced, shared, or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

I’m not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my website or products.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is used solely for order processing and communication. I respect your privacy and will never sell or share your data with third parties.
